Makoya is active in providing internships and learnerships to young individuals wishing to enter the supply chain sector through our Young Entrepreneurs’ Club and Experiential Learning.

Young Entrepreneurs’ Club
Makoya aims to uplift entrepreneurs with the right ambition so that after their time within the organisation they can go on to create their own legacies imbued with M-Powered principles and values.
Experiential Learning
Makoya’s ultimate goal is to develop an Academy for Experiential Learning. This goal was born out of the identified need for supply chain management students to be involved in the development of practical solutions from their second year of study onwards. This will allow the industry at large to recruit talent from a pool of solution providers rather than well-trained theorists.
